Legal Affairs

The Legal Affairs director is accountable to the Director General.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Drafting different kind rules,regulations and proclamations which is useful for EWCA and attending it's implementation after ratification by concerned bodies.
  2. Preparing contract, memorandum of understanding and other legal issues.
  3. Giving Legal advice and suggestion and following up it's implementation thoroughly.
  4. Providing civil and criminal justice and suing or passing criminals to the authorized court.
